This is my day#53 video contribution for 7 push-ups for 77 days (seven77) challenge lead by [@Nathanmars](https://steemit.com/@Nathanmars)

I enjoy doing it with kids and they are excited to do it everyday.

I humbly request everyone to join this campaign and make it great success. One person may not make big impact but together we will make the difference for sure.
