The only one I could think of is "controlled opposition", 
since everyone will go against anything you say at this point.
If that's what you're doing then great, you are doing it very well.

Meanwhile there are plenty of people that can say things and not be 'muted' by everyone, or hidden automatically, or need to whine about censorship and plea for people to change websites just to be able to view what they post.  Those people are smarter than any spammer by default, because it's not even that hard to get a message around, and thanks to the magic of blockchain they happen to get paid while doing it.
