All it needed is an apology
<div class="text-justify">

There has been big news here in my country where one of the big brands in the scooter industry kind of having a big problem with the newest fleet of its product.

The issue is the new type of bike frame, which easily gets rusty even though it is still so new. This has become a trend since a lot of videos go viral showing how the new bike got folded while being in use because of the failure of the frame.

It has become national news since the company is so big with a lot of lovers, but somehow they handle the situation very badly. Instead of admitting the defect that they have with the new frame and the new material that they use, the latest press conference that they held only gave out the reason for the rust that appear on the frame.

and the crazy thing is that instead of recalling the product that uses the latest frame, they are selling a new frame for the owner of the latest model. Talking about the real money leech. The move that they took was very bold and got bashed and mocked on social media.

The problem that they have caused I think is massive, and also by doing that blunder, the brand awareness and the image that they built all these decades are on the brink of destruction. And soon, they will pay a hefty price for the mistake that they have done, while it can easily be fixed with a sincere apology.
