*Some reached the second phase, and someone several in the last week. Winter is confusing, but these persistence little ones found their way to the surface thanks to the rainy and sunny days. We finally moved in our future homestead.*  #### (garlic) The seeds were planted exactly [one month](https://ecency.com/hive-140635/@alt3r/planting-food-phase-one) ago, and the bags that I had left as a sign at the beginning of each row had vanished, making it difficult to tell what was what. Was I excited to see first results? Absolutely! My first food growing project has officially begun!  #### (onions) The snow cover would have suffocated the young sprouts by now, but the weather is perfect for accelerated growth. The most major issue is that a harsh frost without snow cover might seriously harm the plants, in that case, the backup plan is to choke them with dry straw.  #### (pea) The smallest sprouts, the great advantage of the pea is that it is very resistant to winter, even though it appears to be tiny and delicate now, this plant is barely 2cm high and is a real hard nut. The following step is to re-dig the seedlings, by which time they should be bigger. We will also add some **calcium** and **iron** to the soil, so plants can wait for the spring and full vegetation fully prepared.  We planted a few more raspberry bushes in addition to the ones we already had, and they all now have a new spot. They have been properly pruned and are currently dormant. In the early spring, new leaves will sprout, and these two lifeless stems will become so alive . For them, a wire fence will be a great support, and for us, it will be a wonderful protection of delicious fruits, from neighbor's curios eyes. Unfortunately, some naughty worms nibbled on some of the fruit trees by scurrying into the center of the branch. Due to the ongoing rain, it is currently impossible to treat it in any way, so we will rely solely on luck and pray that the worms will find another food source. *Some new pots are already waiting for me...*
