Today, I want to talk to you guys about ruling over your emotions vs being ruled by your emotions.  Emotions can control us.  In fact, emotions are often the precursor to our actions.  First comes our thoughts, then come our emotions and then come our actions.  So it's extremely important to be able to rule our emotions otherwise our emotions will rule over us.

In this crypto world right now.  The market is going down, sideways and all around.  It can be a confusing time.  It can be an emotional time.  Especially for those of you here relying on this to feed you and pay for the bills.  What I talk about in this video is being able to take a birds eye view and ruling your emotions.  It's easy to get sucked into it, but with training, you can be the ruler of your emotions vs being a slave to them.
