This place actually adjoins the beach area of the Panuco River of Mexico and is separated by the 1.5-meter long wall. In this area, early morning majority of the local population the place so that they can do some active running in the form of jogging or brisk walking. Majority of the adults and the kids whether they are professional bicycle riding or just beginners who pursue this activity as leisure are seen doing some active bicycle riding against the wall area. 
The reason why the people enjoy some rigorous activity is that the Las Escolleras area is separated just by the wall and is, in fact, the part of the beach. So, the whole idea of walking along the waters with cool breezes from the sea brushing against the visitors’ faces is too soothing and captivating in itself. Even in the hottest weathers, the walk by the sea is a worthy experience.
The whole scene of seeing the friendly dolphins sliding up to the shore and giving a warm welcome to the spectators is a sight that everybody one wishes to see. These friendly creatures can give anything just to interact with the humans and present the exceptional qualities that make them lovable and the friendliest creature out there. There are numerous dolphin shows at the beach area where the kids and the adults enjoy the live interaction with these friendly mammals as they try to reach out to humans and ask nothing but love and friendship in return.
At the start of the Las Escolleras area, there are numerous concession stands where there are numerous quantity of foodstuff and snacks that have both Mexican and continental tastes. Also, fresh drinks and ice-cream make the day of the people as the weather throughout the region is hot and sweaty. Moreover, to add up the enjoyment of the people and there are a lot of recreational rental materials such as bicycles, skates, scooters sports stuff so that the people can engage in healthy activities and make them active throughout their stay in the beach area.
There is also a lighthouse situated nearby, and the walking experience of heading towards is something that the people enjoy the most. Moreover, when they reach the top of the lighthouse the overall view of the sea, the city and the subduing golden rays of the sun is breathtaking to the core.
