<div class="text-justify"> # Hello everyone! This is me, your AmerrEffect from City of Naga, Cebu. I hope everyone is doing well, stay hydrated as we welcome the sunny season of summer.  ---- > I feel the extra joy while I am writing this blog right now because this is my first time to write something about my personal growth and achievement in life and this made me realize the little sacrifices, hardwork and dedication I had made to achieve this goal. So today, I am going to share my one of the most memorable event in my life and that is my Graduation Day that happened yesterday in our school.  ---- Yesterday was my graduation day and the ceremony started early around 6 in the morning due to the heat that we are now experiencing. We woke up at 5am, preparing and getting ready and I feel so excited because finally I officially finished my Senior High School. I know that I still have a long way ahead but in every step I take brings me more courage to step forward and do my best and this is the reason why I wanted to take this day as special. My mother will be escorting me up to the stage and I can really see from her eyes how proud she is to what I had achieved and if only my father is still alive right now, I am sure that both of them will be escorting me in this special day. ---- <div class="pull-left">  </div> As the ceremony went on, it was a heartfelt day full of gratitude and I could say that all of the hardwork has been paid off. And of course, with the guidance and knowledge from my teachers is one thing that I am grateful specially from someone who doesn’t excel in all areas. I admit that I am not that smart enough to earn a medal but I am grateful for the years I spent from Elementary up to the Senior High School because I learned a lot and those teachings really mold me to what I am today. Perhaps, all the things in this world can be learned in time. I even experienced being scolded from my teacher but it never felt me down because it is coming from someone who is professional and doing her best to teach me, instead, I took it as a lesson to improve and learn.  *Here’s a part of the ceremony that we are given a chance to go to our parents or family to give them thanks and this made everyone feel emotional specially the parents who made most of the sacrifices and hardwork for the betterment of their children. So, I went straight to my mom who is sitting at the back portion waiting for me, as I walk towards her, I could see her wiping her little tears so I hug and told her that this is all I got but I’ll do better in College. I feel a little bad because I don’t have any medals or awards but my mom told me that she is genuinely happy already that I able to finished my Senior High School and that is already enough for her. I could really feel how lucky and blessed I am to have a parents and family who is proud of my achievements in life and they are always there to support me.* ---- <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> ---- I felt a mix of emotion for the reason that I am truly happy to what I achieved but at the same time I felt sad because I will no longer be studying in this school again because I will be entering college in a different school. It means that I will no longer be seeing my schoolmates everyday but I am sure that I could still see them since most of them are residing in my neighborhood but it will never be the same. I only hope that all of us will be able to achieve our goals in life because not all of us have a privilege to study in college due to financial reason. So, I made sure to have a picture with my friends. <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> This journey is just the beginning. Some graduates are with honors, but I am just honored to graduate and that counts as a goal has been reached. With hopes of positivity in the future, I am here trying the best I can to build my own life. To my fellow young people, let us make our dreams come true. May the universe lead us to the right path.
