There's something I noticed recently and I feel inclined to talk about it. It's about people who always play the victim in their relationship and then bad mouth their exes. I hardly hear people say nice things about their ex and I'm wondering why. Are they really that bad? 

I think we can still learn to love the ones who meant so much to us from a distance. This means cherishing the memories we once created with them and not resenting their choices of letting go. 

Everyone has a reason for taking certain action. If all they did was bring you peace, love you intentionally and finally opted out. Then we can still choose to love them from a distance. 

We don't always have to dent their image because we are no longer an item.

How will you describe your home. Is it a one filled with so much love? Have your parents set a high standard for you when it comes to how to love and be loved in return? 


A person who comes from a home filled with love, reflect such in their attitude. They are meek, selfless, happy and genuine. 

They give love effortlessly,  because they were nurtured with love. And, this ones never hesitate to leave when they aren't treated right. They read the room, the energy and know they deserve better.

Sometimes, we need a push to help us find our path. It's sad that most people always go into relationship blindly, pouring into their partner's cup without caring about themselves too. 

While we are busy putting others first, we also want to remember that, when our cups are empty, we will have nothing left to pour out. 

Fill your cups too. Fill it with love, kindness, forgiveness. Because of course, you'll have to forgive yourself for some of your past, regrets and poor decisions.


You'll have to invest in yourself too, so that you can attract the one you deserve. You'll need to love with caution because like seasons, people change. 

Find yourself first, before finding someone else.
