We aim to reach high levels, and we talk and talk... but talking is so easy, but putting it into practice is very difficult, and it hurts so much to start.

Saying everything seems more simplified and so easy, but deep down that despair beats, and fear almost takes over us.

The storm comes and goes, it's a phase that will pass, but then it comes back again, and that's normal.. phases come and go, and it's so natural. Sometimes all we need is to learn to endure some phases because our weakness is just an instant.

Our biggest mistake is talking a lot, and not putting into practice what we say or want to do. The idea is to do and talk less, as much as life is very difficult, nothing is still lost, there is always a solution to endure and overcome obstacles.

If nothing makes sense, just live each moment as if it were unique and learn to deal with the bad phases.
