DO YOU HAVE: 

* A real passion for helping people, especially on Steemit?
* A good blog with regular posts of your own which are earning well?
* Over 1000SP? 
* A reputation of 50+

If you do, perhaps you may like to consider being a @minnowmentor? 

You will provide feedback on minnows posts, check out their activity and work with them to help them improve their content and rewards.

<h2>WHAT DO YOU GET OUT OF IT?</h2>

First of all, you get KUDOS and lots of it. 

But secondly, you get paid. Minnowmentor as a central hub will start to grow, especially as we get delegated SP and come to the attention of whales (who all benefit from minnows doing well). Each @minnowmentor post and curation reward is split in the following way: 

50% (the SteemPower part of rewards) will go into the Minnowmentor pot to increase upvotes for minnows. 
50% (the Steem Dollars part of reward) is split between the mentors and the delegators. 

Don't forget also the number of upvotes, new followers and resteems you get...as well as the fact that it will dramatically improve your reputation as someone who is committed to helping the Steem community thrive!

<h2>HOW DO I SIGN UP</h2>

Join the @minnowmentor discord channel and hit me (@anarcotech) up. You will then go through a short vetting process (which is dead easy) and be given a test mentee to work on for a few days. Once completed, you are ready to be accepted as a mentor.
