This is the __announcement of Bitfinex on Twitter__ a few minutes ago. So __trading and withdrawals will start again__ soon!

In the post they also say that they will
>  revaluate all third-party integrations

Which means that __probably they will not use BitGo integration__ anymore.

They also say that 
> We are aware that many questions remain and we intend to discuss the theft, the distribution of losses, and our recovery plan in follow-up announcements. We are trying to be as transparent as we can be while we continue to try to make the best of a terrible situation.
