Posts quality vs frequent posting
Let's start from an idea: Steemit is somehow a lottery, or a fishing game.

I mean that you have to be lucky to catch a whale vote in the few seconds your post is more visible, otherwise it will be ignored forever.

This brings us to think:
## is it really intelligent working some hours to create a great, well written, documented post ##
or maybe
## is better to create small, average posts but to publish many of them, frequently? ##

Like the fishing game, __doesn't matter to have an high quality lure if you fish for a few minutes a day__, it's better to have __ordinary lure__ but __to spend more time fishing__, isn't it right?

As a consequence, __is not the quality of posts that is rewarded more, but the frequency of them__ (of course very low quality posts will get low rewards).

So i think __all the reward system should me somehow revised__, trying to __reward the hard work to create a really high quality post__.
