 Have you ever enjoyed it as a drink, not as a food? In Indonesia, we have many variations of corn drinks.  I bet this cold drink made from corn and coconut milk has a delicious flavor!  The texture of this drink is thick and makes it taste delicious because of the combination of coconut milk in its composition. ## Ingredients  - 300 grams of corn - 100 grams of sugar - 200 ml coconut milk - 100 ml of water - 1/4 teaspoon salt - pandaf leaf / vanilla powder ## How to make - Step 1 Blend corn with sugar, salt, and water. Then strain. Discard the rough parts of corn juice.  --- - Step 2 Cook corn water with pandan leaf or vanilla, over medium heat while continuing to stir so it doesn't stick in the bottom of the pan.  --- - Step 3 After the corn water boils, add coconut milk while stirring evenly until it boils.  --- - Step 4 Lift, then let it cool, and serve with ice cubes.  Corn ice drinks are also popular during the fasting month to be used as a drink when breaking the fast because it tastes sweet.
