How to make quick and easy chicken.

# Ingredients.

- 250 grams of minced chicken.
- 50 grams of onion.
- 70 grams of green onion.
- Ginger.
- 2 tsps of tapioca starch.
- 1 tsp of soy sauce.
- 1 tsp of sake wine.
- 1/3 tsp of salt.

*For sauce*

- 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
- 1 clove of garlic (minced).
- 3 tbsps of sake wine.
- 1 tbsp of sugar.
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.

Skewer.

# Instructions.

- Finely chopped ginger, green onion and mix well with chiken.
- Mix all of the ingredients with chicken, knead well and skewer the chicken.
- Add all of the ingredients *For sauce* into a sauce pan, bring to a boil over low heat.
- Cover the chicken with plastic wrap food for about 15 minutes for soak up. Then heat a little oil into a frying pan, add chicken, until medium rare.
