How to make orange curt tart.

# Ingredients for orange tart.
+ Ingredients for tart shell.
- 40 grams of butter.
- 1 gram of salt.
- 25 grams of egg.
- 100 grams of cake flour.

- 250mls of fresh milk.
- 1 egg.
- 60 grams of sugar.
- 10 grams of corn starch flour.
- 10 gram of butter.
- 2 tbps of fresh orange juice.

# Step by step guides.
**Step 1:**
- Preheat the oven at the 180 degree celcius.

**Step 2:**
- Put 40 grams of butter into a bowl, stir well. Then add 25 grams of sugar + 1 gram of salt, 25 grams of egg-yolk. Stir well.
- Continue to sift the cake flour. Mix well until it become a dough. Then continue to knead.
- Cover with plastic food wrap. Put it into the refrigerator until hard enough to flatten.

**Step 3:**
- In a large bowl, add whipping cream, stir well until get a soft peak form then add a little of grated orange peel.
- In a other bowl, beat  well an egg. Then add 60 grams of sugar, 250mls of fresh milk, 2 tbsps of fresh orange juice. Stir well.
- Continue to add 10 grams of cake flour and 10 grams of corn starch flour. Stir well.

**Step 4:**
- Heat the mixture for about 3-4 minutes.
- Then add 40 grams of butter and continue to stir well. Cover with plastic food wrap.
- Back to the cake making step. Sprinkle a little of flour when you flatten to easy. Make it slightly thinner about 3-4mm. 

**Step 5:**
- Put the dough into the tart molds, Use a rolling pin around the mold to remove excess flour.
- Use a small folk pierce on the powder.Put it into the oven, bake at 180 degree celcius for about 20 minutes.

**Step 6:**
- When the tart is done, add orange curt into a cake, put whipping cream on top by using a pastry bag.
- Garnish with orange, mint and grated orange peel on top (if you like).
