#### "You walk into a room with a dresser sprawling with water bottles. Each one is filled to the rim with used needles, reminiscent of the game Ker Plunk. Blood stains on the ceiling in a effort to clear a clogged rig. The lingering smell of rotten food somewhere in the crevice between the bed and the wall... #### I may be good at depicting beautiful imagery but what many people don’t realize is that i’m just as aware of and capable of capturing the imagery nobody should ever have to witness. For every beautiful picture I’ve ever taken I can just as easily take one that would ruin your day... week... life... reality" -Thousand Word ###### I strongly believe there is a negative correlation between the health of our “herd mentality” and people accepting medication as a solution to make their lives bearable. The more normalized amphetamines, benzos, barbiturates and antidepressant medications become, the higher the bar is set for people with a sober tolerance to bullshit. We are ignoring the problem by masking the symptoms while raising the bar for everyone in the process. I do not see this ending well. <br> ###### This series was taken during a walk through a local forest. Times are tough for myself and I know they are even worse for others. I've smelled it, I've seen it, I've heard it, I've lived it. ###### It's not exactly easy to get people doing illicit activities comfortable around a camera without partaking yourself.
