Went on a small hike yesterday... I'm hesitant to call it an adventure because I wasn't in an adventurous mood.
Was worried about my dad who is still sick and the energy was weird.

I talked to my mom first and asked her if I should come up and visit with my father...
She was concerned that he's still too sick and tired and me visiting might make things worse so she suggested I go out for a walk/hike instead.

Though, on the bright side before I left I talked to my mom and she told me some positive news in regard to him.
She said she got him some throat medicine in town and he said his throat was feeling better almost immediately after taking the medicine.

He also drank an ensure protein drink the night before which made me really relieved and the day before I had her ask him if he thought he was going to be okay or if he wanted to go to the hospital and he said that he did think he was going to be okay and he didn't think he would need to go to the hospital.

That day she also told me he was breathing better and that he's not coughing as much and when he does cough up "junk" from his throat not nearly as much "junk" is coming up anymore.

I haven't talked to my mom yet today because it's quiet and I don't want to wake anyone up, so I'll wait until the time is right... Hopefully later today.

That being said, I can hear when he's coughing and he's been coughing a LOT LESS... I barely heard any coughing since I got home yesterday evening and that makes me even more hopeful.

Still very worried about him because he has muscular dystrophy, so not eating much or moving around much for a few weeks is not good for his condition.

I'm really hoping he can start eating more soon and get his energy and strength back before he loses too much weight.

I asked for prayers or positive energy/healing energy/love from my social media friends and around 50 people told me they would send energy and another 50+ upvoted that status update so I imagine there's between 50 and a bit over a hundred people who are either praying for him or sending some kind of positive energy of love.

I've also been sending healing energy and love and asking for assistance from any kind of telepathic beings and that's one of the things I did on my hike.

I've been watching some YouTube videos about some paranormal type stuff and some guy nicknamed "The PK Man" who claimed to be working with alien or "space intelligences" to produce psychic powers or phenomena so that inspired me to try to work on similar concepts and at one point when I was asking for help telepathically I saw a sparkle or flash of light in the sky over by where me and my father filmed some UFOs years ago and I coulda just been seeing things and making it up in my mind, yet it kinda felt like maybe it was connected.

I also heard a weird sound and was a bit "out of it", so not sure if it was a plane flying overhead since I was close to the airport or if it was something else... 

It felt weird though, I almost felt like I had "lost time" as crazy as that is to say especially cause I wasn't keep track of time... It just felt really weird.
I'm going to be talking more about this kind of psychic/UFO/alien type of stuff soon, though for now I'll just leave it at that.

It felt good to get out in the sun again for a while after a long time of not getting out... I got sick when he did about a week before Christmas I think? 

And, I went out in the yard a few times and stood in the sun... But it was raining and so cold for so long and I haven't really got any exercise or gone out into nature for a while and my body was feeling a bit stiff.

So, I laid in the sun and did some half pushups, then sat in the sun on some rocks shaped like a chair and then laid down in the sun again and stretched and massaged by back/neck and felt a lot better physically in my body.

I just didn't feel like doing much other than thinking and laying or sitting in the sun and it was very quiet and somber and sobering to be out in nature by myself while worried about my father...

I saw some crows/ravens and I love all animals, though they made me feel a bit nervous... I remember seeing them after Amanda passed away knowing that they are often associated with death or the spirit world and I tried to get over that and just send love to the crows and be grateful for them.

I don't wanna judge any animals unfairly and just because I saw them doesn't mean something bad is going to happen to my dad... If anything I think it just means that this is a time to be very aware and respectful and conscious of what's going on and to be alert and careful.

I also saw a few ants, though it was cold so not many of them were out.
And, finally I near the end of my journey I saw a few deer! I try not to have favorites, yet deer are one of my favorites and they are so gentle and sweet and it felt really nice to see them.

This is getting kinda long and who knows if anyone will even read this, though I just felt like expressing my thoughts and putting it out there like I usually do.

PS... I feel like the prayers/positive energy and stuff might be helping cause it seems like my father is getting better in a few significant ways, however I think it's probably impossible for me to know for sure and I'm still worried about him... 

So, I'm just going to keep sending love and positive energy and hope he's able to make it through all this and that we get to have more good memories together and that he gets to follow his dreams whatever they may be. <3
