This is my entry for the contest, iniciated by @petals.

<div class='text-justify'>This picture, I took it in a garden, near my house. This beautiful and strange flower, of hard petals, is the genderEtlingera elatior, and belongs to the family of the Zingiberaceae. It is a plant native to Indonesia, and is also known as:  red ginger lily, torch lily, wild ginger, Indonesian tall ginger and porcelain rose.</div>
