NEW WEISS CRYPTOCURRENCY RATINGS, why BITCOIN got a C+
Despite Bitcoins strong adoption, brand, and security, it does deserve to
have an A but the Weis rating system is based on Fundamental Index.

For example here are some of the reasons why Bitcoin scored low to a C+:

Bitcoin falls short in two important areas:

1. The Risk Index reflects extreme price volatility.
In a years time Bitcoin's price went from $1,000 +/- to $20,000 +/-.
As of now bitcoins price is about $11,500 +/-

2. The Technology Index reflects Bitcoin’s weaknesses in
governance, energy consumption and scalability.
Most of the biggest mining farms are located in china which makes it
less decentralized.

Since this is a new rating service there is room to implement improvements &
in the future, an upgrade for Bitcoin is most likely. I'm bullish with bitcoin's platform
because once they fix the ridiculous transactions fees and scalability bitcoin
will have huge improvements.
