>...I can never say no to desserts!Not only it would satisfy our cravings, desserts are powerful happy-mood boosters! This week, I went back to After You Dessert Cafe just because it is not too far from my place, but this time, I convinced my three other friends aka colleagues to join this #foodie trip too! The queue was horribly long. I assumed that it would take about 1.5 hours before our turn to dine in, so we walked around the mall, did some window shopping, and settled our bills.

>Tonight’s recipe started out in a different direction. It ended up really tasty. The only fail was the brown rice. Sheila said it has something to do with the altitude. It don’t know, but the shrimp were a winner! This is my own recipe and I modified it as I cooked. This is the version that I ended up making! Of course there are wild mushrooms, but the sun-dried tomatoes add little bursts of excitement to the taste buds!
