> MUST have a reputation score BELOW 70.00, AND more than 300 HIVE POWER (prior to HIVE-PUD-INTL) BUT LESS than 8000 HIVE Power.

My reputation score is 62 (below 70) , but I only have 288 Hive power lol (I am still a red fish) , but I will try get to 300 Hive power by tomorrow.
