**Syrian permanent representative at the United Nations Dr. Bashar Jaafari exposes the roles of the United State of America, France and the UK, the Western permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, in creating and supporting terrorist groups attacking Syria.**

Ambassador Dr. Jaafari reminds the UNSC of the 136 letters the Syrian government sent to the UNSC members documenting the work of terrorist groups and their sponsors in bringing into Syria chemical substances to carry out chemical attacks and then use the same attacks to demonize the Syrian government.
