Al principio del día estuve algo ocupado y solo hice unas rutinas de flexiones en casa: flexiones abiertas, normales de hombro, arqueras, etc. Así que empecé por desocuparme de lo principal, ya que por la tarde íbamos a reunirnos todos los usuarios, los atletas de la #SWC, para ir a comer pizzas y celebrarlo todos juntos. Al reunirnos todos, @psycho-yoseph, @dilanbrad, @paezworkout, @ciberman-76, @nado-sw. Salimos hacia Pizzas House, que queda cerca de donde vivimos, llegamos al sitio, agarramos nuestra mesa y pedimos la pizza. Mientras esperábamos a que estuviera lista, conversamos sobre diversas cosas, anécdotas, chistes, cuentos y recuerdos.

Cuando la pizza estuvo lista, comenzamos a comer. Pero primero hicimos un brindis y luego nos pusimos a comer la pizza, que estaba buena. Pasamos todos un buen rato. Cuando terminamos, @ciberman-76 hizo unas planche en straddle y @dilanbrad y yo ayudamos a @psycho-yoseph a hacer front lever.

At the beginning of the day I was a bit busy and only did a few pushup routines at home: open pushups, normal shoulder presses, archers, etc. So I started by getting the main thing out of the way, as in the afternoon we were going to gather all the users, the #SWC athletes, to go eat pizzas and celebrate all together. We headed out to Pizzas House, which is close to where we live, got to the place, grabbed our table and ordered the pizza.
