Pickled pepper.

4 kg of pepper. <br>
Brine <br>
2,5 cups of water <br>
1,5 tbsp. vinegar <br>
1,5 tbsp. oil Rast. <br>
Article 1.5. of Mar.sand <br>
1.5 tbsp salt <br>
mix everything and heat in a saucepan. <br>
Peppers wash,peel and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. <br>
put in brine and boil for 5 minutes.no more!!otherwise, the peppers will not be crispy! <br>
I added more onion rings.also prevarila it along with the pepper. <br>
in prepared sterilized jars place the pepper,to be that tightly lay..and then pour the brine.in each jar put 1 Laurel.sheet and 1 peas of pepper shower. <br>
you can add greens. <br>
seal the cans and wrap. <br>
