Gimp is a software tool for raster-based graphical manipulation, gimp can also be used to create logo, edit photos, gimp is a very nice software and cool, gimp has many features like other photo editing apps, unfortunately this app lacks the "Color Effect "here is a constraint for users of this application, there may be from users of this application want to edit photos with a variety of effects, so with the feature" Color Effect "is very helpful to users of this application without having to search for plug-in effects on their internet directly can edit their photos with various filters of their favorite effects

#### Proposal
I suggest adding the "Color Effect" feature under the "Xach-Effect" feature so that users of this app can edit their photos with their favorite effects filters.
