Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。

I ran on a treadmill as usual. Somehow I felt that today's oxygen concentration in the training room was lower than usual, but probably it's just my imagination.
いつものようにトレッドミルで走りました。なんとなく今日はいつもより酸素濃度が低いような気がしましたが、たぶん気のせいなのでしょう。

Also today the estimated running distance barely reached 5 km in a 30-minute session.
今日も、30分間の推算走行距離はぎりぎり5kmに届きました。
