Today I went to the usual gyme to do a hypoxic training after work. I ran on a treadmill as usual.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。いつものようにトレッドミルで走りました。

As a half marathon on the next Sunday is coming near, I didn't try so hard. The estimated running distance barely reached 5 km in a 30-minute session.
日曜日のハーフマラソンが近いので、あまり無理をしないようにしました。30分間の推算走行距離はぎりぎり5kmに届きました。
