If phone number is required, then what would be for tourists or other foreigners @sandeeptgs ?
Is  it mandatory  to buy a sim card ? and what about papers like ?  Do they require some documents for the foreigners. ?
Mighy be it is very questions but need to clarify that's why I am asking.
