 Do you think that everything is acceptable must meet some requirements? Of course, for example just when you are accepted as a student at your school. Certainly there are conditions that you must meet, such as submitting diploma, passing grade, take entrance exam, and so on. So it is with social change. According to Ayat Suryatna, in order to be accepted by society at large, social change must meet several requirements, among which are as follows.  1. People need to feel the need for change, as well there is a common consciousness that life has now not fit anymore, considering the time shift has been air- impact on environmental changes. As a result of culture past societies can no longer be in- apply in today's life or even culture which is currently underway should be prepared for creating an upcoming society culture. 2. Changes caused by the innovation should be able understood and controlled by other community members. The innovation should be beneficial to the common life on future time. As we can illustrate in explains the importance of innovation through development.  3. The change must be teachable. It is remembering innovation is a mental configuration or existence changes in the order of one's thinking system. The mental configuration will result in behavior and the result of that behavior is in the form of things. 4. The change should reflect the benefits of society- in the future. Changes are done by the innovators should always be based on facts taken from the current conditions in order improve the level of human life better. 5. Change does not undermine personal or group prestige.  A successful reformer is those who have not only intelligence, but also opportunity.
