It's understandable why we likes things like this since it's predictable. We like having control over things because then when know what the end results will be. It can be hard to try new things out because of this. That's why I decided to bring this up today and talk a little bit about it. When learning new skills and trying to become a better you, you'll realize that you have to change your life up in order to do so. Maybe it wont be a complete change, or maybe it will? Don't be so adverse to these changes and realize that they are what's necessary if you want to go beyond where you've been.
