Sorry for the delay, it took longer than I expected. I have been offered the services of a web banking group for assisting buyers in making their payments to us; in other words, the buyer uses an app for transferring local currency, with instructions for the funds to be sent to (our account details) and within seconds we receive the funds. The reason this was important is that they are going to be watching us and if there are enough transfers to further justify their interest, they will provide the buyer with credit of up to 50% of the USD$60 (price of $50 plus our fees of $10). This convinced use that Hard Assets-WWI should offer the credit facility from the start. If you can pay the full price in one go, the share is yours immediately and income starts from the end of that month. However, for buyers who are struggling to make ends meet, they can pay the 50% in cash, with three months for paying off the balace of $30 (no extra fees or interest charged). We are looking at starting with a townhouse development in South Africa (total value about $500,000 and shares of about 10,000). Being a new development, the income will have very good yields (over 15%, after local tax is paid). Then we plan to make available apartments in Greece (likely to be tourist areas with good income). Will give details closer to the time. As for which other countries should become part of this network of properties, we will be glad to accept suggestions. All who purchase at least one share, will earn $1 (about Steem20) per buyer they refer to us who buy a share. If these funds are left in the account with us, it means the next shares can be purchased that much earlier :) <br> <i>Now starts the work of forming the web site, the creation of our own token and tribal platform. Anybody with the required skills who can help, we would be appreciative, and once we are earning enough to justify the expense, we would be happy to convert the relationship into a working one with benefits and participation in the benefits. If none help, no matter, we'll just take a little longer to get started, but start we will!</i> We hope you will subscribe to our community and help spread the word. Thank you, Alex <h6>PS: For those new to us, IBP stands for 'Income Bearing Property'</h6>
