.png) I have been speaking lately about how the group I am involved with(lawful Rebellion), try to focus on the solution to the problem and not the problems we all know too well, are going on everyday. Because of my experience, with this form of group action, I decided to create a Steemit profile that has the sole purpose of promoting solutions of all kinds. @team-solutions My point, is that I am trying to use the best parts, from the group I am promoting, and use them to help other projects I am involved in. Hopefully this will serve me well.... It seems to be a case of, "so far, so good", with @team-solutions. Which got me thinking about anything else I could bring to the table... So after a bit of a ponder, I realised something very obvious, I had forgotten to introduce to @familyprotection. From what I have seen so far, it is something that is lacking from this group, or at least it is something that is not promoted on steemit.com. A part of Lawful rebellion is to confront those who hold positions of influence, directly. Weather that be a hand written letter or a template letter, stating your lawful objection, it doesn't matter which. What does matter, is the awesome effect it has. I have personally handed many notices, to the front desk of Beeston Police station. .png)  Like a dog with a bone, once I get going :) The meaning of these notices, is to state my lawful objection to their authority and to inform them that I will be withholding Taxes from the Crown.( the latter reason, I did to cover my butt, just in case I was ever visited by debt collection agents. Police are often called to these confrontations, but they are under oath to be impartial. As they are only supposed to be there to keep the peace, I thought I would give them a heads up and let them know that I would be acting peacefully and honourably, AT ALL TIMES. I basically nullified their powers to assume guilt, had a debt collector asked the police for assistance in a civil matter. I'm not just a pretty face you know :) We have notices that are for the police, local councilors and MP's. We put evidence right in front of them and they are left with two choices, both of which, will define their character as human being. The intention of these lawful notices, is to give the recipient the benefit of the doubt and allow them a chance to assist you in your search for Justice. This is their Job and the Police, in particular, have sworn an Oath of office, to uphold the laws of the land. For those who work in the public sector, we send the 1st of 5 notices, in the hope of appealing to their conscience. As we are finding out, to our peril, many of those who hold these positions of power, are all too aware, of the crimes to which they are helping facilitate. For this type of, inhumane, scum, we just hope that it lets them know we are going to kick in their doors(proverbially, of coarse), and remove them from the 'Gravy-Train'. So it dawned on me, that this would also be adaptable for @familyprotection and all who are willing to go the extra mile. Although the notices I send are entwined with Constitutional law, the narrative they hold can be altered to suit the issue of the CPS and also to appease those of you who are not fond about Constitutionalism or live outside of the Commonwealth. The reason I have been referring to them as 'Notices' is because they are a lawful document that is to be used as evidence, once we have won back control of our UK Judicial system. As we would, usually, be sending them to people in 'public office', who have an extra responsibility to be seen as being honest and lawful, it puts them right under the spotlight and gives them very little 'wriggle room' by using the Law against them. These letters are immensely powerful. So powerful, in fact, they even refuse to accept them, because of the lawful consequences that come from it's acknowledgement. .png) This was from a letter I sent to a debt collection team, who were harassing me. The notices, if ignored, become more and more serious and passively allow the recipient, to dig his/her own grave. As the penny drops and they realise that you are, in fact, not bonkers, they often have a change in attitude. Funny what the threat of Jail can do to a person who forgets they are supposed to uphold the law... The best bit is that it allows you to feel like you are making a difference, within your own community. This is very empowering and I would strongly recommend people use these Notices. Although I would prefer it, if you would all stand under Article 61 of Magna Carta and use these notices to their full potential, I am willing to bend the rules for you all ;) Seriously though, Lawful Rebellion could wipe the slate clean and for those of you, who live within the Commonwealth, it would be wise for you to look us up. I myself am a total anarchist, at heart, but I can see how this could work and it just takes numbers. I have no intention of ramming this down your throats and I understand we all have our own perceptions on the best way to end corruption. I am not writing this article to promote my own agenda, it is so I can bring the skills I have gained along the way and use them to help others. So how would we form a letter, from @familyprotection, to somebody who is employed within the CPS? Or maybe to somebody at your local council? How do we attempt to connect with these people of influence and power? What words will convey our utter desperation at the corruption within the CPS, Family courts, Police Service, Health care, School system, oh my god! Just the whole, big, dirty game.  What words would do Justice to the 80,000 children, who are at the mercy of a poisoned care system? How do we convince somebody to risk their reputation and most likely their career, with one letter? This will be a very tricky notice to write, as we are asking a total stranger(in most cases)to take up our cause and use the influence they have, to bring this issue back to the front pages of every news paper in the world. I am happy to try to form template myself, but I am not the best when it comes to grammar. I would like to put this idea out to the group, in the hope there is someone among us, who is capable of forming a professional notice that we can all use as a template, to send out to our local representatives. I would think it best to form a series of letters that progressively get more serious. The first needs to be one that is written with the idea that the person you are writing to, is 'none-the-wiser' and our intention is to inform, present evidence and ask for a reply, nothing more than that for the first letter, we do not wish to come on too strongly, at first. The idea of this concept is to get the person on 'our side' by appealing to their better nature and common sense. As I mentioned earlier, before I began to send my lawful notices to the Police, I sent a hand written letter, introducing myself and explaining about the group. Also informing him, that if they were to join us, it would be in their own interests. After all, we are supposed to be on the same side... The excessive 'ground-work', involved in Lawful Rebellion, is because our notices get very serious and eventually, point the finger directly at the individual, holding them to account through the use of Common-law. Unless you are acting under Article 61, this would be futile to incorporate into any notices to be used by @familyprotection. This is because to use the system, that is in place today, would be to validate it and give it power. This would just allow them to be able to shrug us off, in the usual ways they do, by putting us through their crooked legal system. Therefore, if we are not looking to waste time, in the usual manor of protests and appealing to the courts, we would need our notices to be on a more maternal level. In this way, we are appealing to the deepest instincts of a human being (@richq11 will recognise this psychological trick that is compliments of the, infamous psychologist, Eddy Bernays). The lack of any, real, authority in these notices, will hopefully be counter-balanced by an emotional responsibility that they, the recipient, will relate to, because of their own family and emotional ties to them. It's basic psychology, I know, but I have witnessed this tactic in action and the responses it invokes, with my own eyes. You would be surprised how many police officers have written back to us, saying that their hands are tied but they secretly support what we stand for. The noble cause taken on by @familyprotection has the same hill to climb, as every other noble cause today and it's time we started helping each other out.  It is all about numbers and the only way to increase awareness is to increase the ways we distribute information and expose this heinous crime. I do not doubt that there are folk in this group who are already writing to their local representatives and maybe even to the Queen herself? But 1 letter is easily ignored and 20 random letters would be just as easy to dismiss. But 50 uniformed letters, from a single group? Or how about 100? Or how about we have a monthly target, to send our letters too? How many letters would they receive? If nothing else, it might even help create some new jobs at the post office :)  I personally think there are more, potential, active members, who would be willing to get 'in the face' of the authorities, within the community of @familyprotection, than there is within Lawful Rebellion. I am not saying this to 'blow smoke up your bum', but I think this issue has a more powerful narrative than that of Lawful Rebellion. I do not give that compliment lightly, wanting to re-affirm natural laws to the UK is something I am very proud of, but I am not stupid and I realise people have totally given up, or have been ill-informed about the law and its origins. But nobody has given up on 'saving the Children', they have been ill-informed, but no way, has humanity, knowingly, given up on the welfare of their own Children. Because we carry such a powerful and emotive message and moreover, because 99% of humans have this as a common law, to nurture our children not abuse them. I hope you see the potential in this idea, as I do. It would be a great achievement for @familyprotection to take the next step and help unify our voices by creating a template letter of objection, that we can all use together. Unity and education are key to any group, if they want to make a difference and be heard. This I can say from experience. In the coming months you may hear a report, by BBC Radio4 presenter, Jolyon Jenkins, about Lawful Rebellion. Hopefully, my nervous ramblings will be edited out and if so, you will be able to learn a little more about Me and realise the attention that can be generated by sending these group notices.
