#### WHAT IS BUROUT?

Burnout is basically a type of prolonged stress related to anything and everything. Usually, when you are in Burnout mode you feel emotionally washed out, have zero sense of accomplishment, and are even physically weak. Most of us feel this almost once a year but in my case, it comes and goes at random times. For example, there are some days where I feel like doing absolutely nothing, and when I say nothing I mean I won't freaking move off my BED kinda Nothing. I don't eat, I Don't Drink, I don't work, basically DO NOTHING. These feelings come and go but the important thing is that I am able to tackle BURNOUT quite well as in my case it occurs so damn often. So today I will be listing out ways that help me in getting out of the BURNOUT ZONE.

##### CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT

When you are in a BURNOUT Situation your Brain is basically Fried and you can't make any proper decision about anything no matter how easy the situation is. When you feel like this the first thing you should do is CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT which I mean get the hell out of your Room and go someplace else. In my case, I go to the Hills to calm my Brain Down and since it is cool up there it calms my Brain as well.
Now depending on your nature of Job you may take a Long Vacation but in my case, I go for a quick day Tour to clear my Foggy Brain and I always try to visit someplace I haven't gone yet. By doing this you cut the Traffic of constant Data flowing into your Brain and now you get Fresh Data that is totally unrelated to your Job connected to your Brain which is slow-paced in nature.

##### SLEEP A LOT

Remember I talk about how I sleep for an entire day and don't even move away from my BED, yeah I just talked about it in the above paragraph. That is also one of my Coping Mechanisms where I give my Brain Time to Calm Down but I have to say in my case this hasn't been as much effective as the CHANGE OF ENVIRONMENT but still if you don't have time for a Short Vacation then try to Sleep for an entire day and be as lazy as you can.
The reason behind this is the fact that when we go through a BURNOUT we barely Sleep properly which means we accrue something of a SLEEP DEBT so when you Sleep for an Entire day you wake up with a Clean Sheet and you feel refreshed.

##### FIND THE ROOT CAUSE

Usually, whenever you are on the BURNOUT Train it is usually because of something or some situation in your life and it doesn't matter how insignificant the matter is but even small things trigger massive responses from the Brain. So once you are all Rested and Calm try to find out the Root Cause of your recent BURNOUT and try to solve it when you are calm and rested. By doing this you will grow and even though the cause sometimes might not be what you had hoped for it is still better to be known than the unknown.

Now one thing that I feel is that whenever you are hitting a Stage of BURNOUT you are basically hitting a Ceiling which is your Capabilities and when you get out of your BURNOUT it is basically saying that you Burst to open the Ceiling of your Capabilities and now your Capabilities have increased substantially. So on the flip side, you can also see this as an opportunity to grow Yourself. Yes, it will be tough but definitely worth it.
