A week ago the Reserve Bank of India declared that they are indeed going to print money so as to curb the upcoming Lockdown situation in our Country. This announcement leads to INR prices dropping fast and the Global market worried. According to the Indian Government by introducing fresh money into circulation they are looking forward to more liquidity in the market so that the Stock Market stays afloat with all the Liquidity but there may be a lot of things that don't go the way of the RBI.


For example, I feel like if we get Free Money from the Government I personally will only invest 30% of that money into Stocks, 30% I will keep for my expenses, and the rest I will indeed go for either Gold or Cryptocurrencies. Plus there is also the fact that a lot of people in India are still either oblivious about the Stock Market or are too scared to enter it. So the money that is being printed has quite a low chance to enter the Liquidity phase that the RBI is hoping for.

All of this will only lead to more Inflation and I really hope it doesn't lead to Hyper Inflation. Personally, I feel like Money Printing is like a slippery slope and once you go down that path it's hard to come back to the old roads. Then again I also feel that the Reserve Bank of India would have definitely considered this and have some plan to tackle the later stages of Inflation. I really hope they do have a plan.
