I consider myself a Value Investor when it comes to choosing my Stocks which I invest in, it basically means I invest in stocks that have a solid Backbone and have proven the test of time a lot. But that doesn't mean I don't take risky bets but majority of my Investment goes towards Value Investment Stocks. But I do have some criterias that need to be fulfilled before I consider buying a Stock. So let's list them out below.

#### Business I Understand

I try to Invest in Stocks whose Business I can relate with. For example FMCG sector is something where I invest as I know the constant demand of Fast Moving Consumer Goods is going to increase so companies under this segment has growth opportunities. But at the same time Pharma Sector is something I am not versed in so my Investment into Pharma Stocks are very small and only limited two one.


#### Margin Of Safety

I think no matter how big the company is we should always operate under the pretense that it could go bad at any moment so I always keep a Stop Loss in almost all my Stocks except a few.


#### MOAT

I mentioned I had some stocks without any Stop Loss and those are the stocks that have a strong MOAT and that gives me an extra sense of security as they have a Majority Stake in their respective Sector so I can rest a little easy on these stocks.


#### Power of Compounding

Finally we all know Power of Compounding is something every Value Investor likes and knows that it takes time for Compounding to take effect so just holding for Fundamental Stocks is a good choice for me in the long run.
