<center> For tonight's Dinner I really wanted to have something very light both in Calories as well as Work required so I went ahead and prepared myself a Tomato Soup. Now there were a few Ingredients that were missing so I couldn't make it Super Awesome but it was definitely close. For starters I Diced some Tomatoes and Onions and some Garlic Cloves as well and prepared them thoroughly. The next obvious step was to saute the Onions and Garlic in the Frying pan untill they are Golden. I added the Tomato Slices as well and cooked them for a couple of Minutes. After which I put the Mix in a Blender and Blended them nicely. After that I just slow cooked the Tomato Puree with some Salt, Pepper and some Chilli Oil. I slowly added water to the mix to get a nice Soup like consistency and 5 minutes in my Soup was ready. Now there is something that I did wrong here. I did not add any Butter to the Soup while cooking, it wasn't a Mistake as I had no Butter in the Fridge so the Consistency of the Soup was slightly on the thicker side. Personally I would have loved it to be slightly Soupier but there will always be a next time and I will get it right. Another thing that I could have done was add in some Tomato Ketchup to give the soup the Red Color but I decided not to as I wanted it to be healthy and Original.
