This man is a devoted husband and caring father, but he was targeted for eagle attack regardless. ###### Local authorities stated this was not an eagle, clearly a falcon sent by a deranged falconer somewhere in Central Asia. Why would a humble Kazakh falconer want to attack a random SE Asian guy?
