In my country, the government has a policy of providing annual salary raises to employees. Every year in June or July, the government sets its budget, which determines how much pay raises will be provided to employees. The percentage of raises and bonuses given to employees is determined by the country's economy and how much country has developed so far.

# EXAMINING SALARY RAISES AND EARNING POTENTIAL

I'm not sure about other countries' increment policies, but in my nation, officers with higher grades are compensated with bigger increments, while those with lower grades are compensated with lower increments. It appears unusual that officers whose salaries are already excessively high are being handed more raises while low grades struggles as always.

And those employees whose incomes are low are given smaller raises. This, in my opinion, is a poorly faulty system that is unjust in terms of equal right distribution. This is the system that makes rich people growing richer while making poor people suffer from rising inflation. There must be a fair procedure for giving annual raises to all employees. 

The preceding discussions were meant to clarify how affluent people become richer and how poor people struggle. Let us now return to the HIVE ecosystem and explain how rewards are dispersed among users. There is no doubt that we have people of every economic class, from the poor to the middle and upper classes.

There is no prejudicial views between rich and poor individuals here, but those who succeed at writing and showing their abilities will be rewarded regardless. This is the approach without investment, which will undoubtedly require more effort and time to grow your account.

What about working with investors? This is undeniable: investing is a wonderful force that will not allow you to work, but rather will allow your money to work for you. A good investment will always provide you with consistent income, and there are numerous strategies to plan for increased revenue. As in the case of the hive ecosystem, those that invested are rewarded.
