The [World Bank](https://www.worldbank.org/en/news/press-release/2017/06/28/world-bank-launches-first-ever-pandemic-bonds-to-support-500-million-pandemic-emergency-financing-facility) launched a $500m Pandemic Bond, and if I understand this correctly, investors' payday is July 15 2020. You read this right.

So there are literally 500 million reasons the WHO has not classified it as pandemic. 

That makes [Corona Token](https://coronatoken.org/) look like an angel compared to this freaking mess.
