Security: Chrome & Chromium users should update ASAP

Google closed a critical security [flaw](https://crbug.com/806388) with version 64.0.3282.167

To update manually go to Settings > Help > About.
If you're not on the latest version, chrome should start downloading and installing the fixed version(64.0.3282.167).
