We can spend hours overthinking without even being conscious of it that so much time has gone. This makes meditating hard. **Worry** This one works along side with Overthinking. We find ourselves in deep thoughts worrying about little things that were once the least of our problem. This can cause hindrances to a good meditation. We think about opportunities that were missed that you may have even gotten over in the past already but they just come rushing back to your mind bringing all those same pain, anxieties and thoughts that came along with it. Worry can change our lives in such an extent that for some people, it's as though there is nothing else in life. **fear of the unknown** Meditation can be hard to some people because of fear. Maybe you have glimpses of a terrible past life, or a trauma from your childhood and are triggered more when your mind is more relaxed. Even the things we tend to fear from happening in our daily life, like getting into an accident, fear of loosing a loved one and then you begin to "see things and hear things" during deep contemplation. And you feel scared about these things which tend to make you stop practicing meditation. **Personal Time Schedules** This one is certainly common, for instance, you have a full-time job and young children too who needs the most of your attention and you see that to be more important than spending few minutes taking meditation because all you have to be thinking is how you are going to do the laundry or how to reply those mails. It only appears like we don't have the time because we usually fill every moment with activities that won’t stop coming. **Distraction** Distracted can in meditation can be either internal or external. The internal distraction is having thoughts that can make you lose focus while the external distraction are those physical things that can easily disturb us like noise from the background, from children and your neighborhood. When people consider this things it makes them lost interest in meditating. There is no medical cure for stress but, as meditation is one of it best remedies, so let’s make out time for it, because it's worth creating the space for. **Thank you for reading**
