恐らく、もうすぐ終了になると思うので、前回食べた「豆腐一丁そば」の麺違いで「豆腐一丁うどん」を頼んでみました。
箱根そばでは、すべてのメニューがそば・うどんを選べますので、この豆腐一丁も、そばかうどんが選べます。
販促用のポスターは、そばの写真のみでうどんは文言のみなので、すべてが想像ですが、真っ白なんじゃないかな？
さて、注文して待つこと数分、どのくらい白いのでしょうか。

自宅で作る派の方、そばバージョンに飽きたら、うどんでもお試しください。
うどんよりそば派なので、お味の方は前回の「豆腐一丁そば」の方が好みです。
冷たいうどんの場合、サラダうどんなどは好きでよく食べますが、今回に限っては、ワサビや生姜とはちょっと合わない気がします。
