Hello friends.

This time I found a leaf roller beetle. I've found this beetle twice. My first discovery I had posted a year ago. I found this beetle in the guava leaf on my yard.

By observing their body shape we can look for the beetle's name or scientific name.
To observe this beetle I took several photos with my smartphone. Adding a macro lens to the smartphone will produce a bigger and more detailed image of this small animal.
This leaf roller beetle has 6 feet. The head is like a long stem with two protruding eyes. Have a short and round neck. This animal has two straight antennas located between the eyes and mouth. The wings appear solid with black spots.

After searching for similarities in body shape, I got the scientific name of this beetle. The scientific name is Apoderus coryli. Generally referred to as Hazel-leaf roller weevil.
