There will be a monetary crisis and limitations on both credit and what you can take out of the bank.

One thing's for certain, you can always count on government agencies getting their dirty fingers in the middle of anything where they can steal a buck or keep you from making one unless they get their piece of the pie for free. 

The current administration loves to deregulate when it affects your air, or your water, or the products you ingest. But when its the average joe making money without their help, and affecting their banking buddies' bottom line ohhhh its time to regulate.
