This service was created by the witness @yanosh01. He delegated 500 SP to permit users to earn somenthing on their posts. Support minnows remain the first focus of @yanosh01 Witness and this is why he decided to close it.
He is the creator of the @steemrepo project, the first biggest steem repository. A part of the steem power used here, will be reinvested on the steem repo project.
