Hello everyone!
Today i will to share a recipe 'Asam Padeh Pangas Catfish'
Actually, you can use another for this recipe.
But, in market today, Pangas Catfish so easy to find and the price so cheap :)

If you go to Minang Restaurant, surely you will find Asam Padeh Pangas Catfish. Indeed asam padeh is very identical to pangas catfish, but you can use other fish such as carp, cob, and the pufferfish.

As you know, the structure of the pangas catfish is similar to catfish. But the catfish is very soft and very tricky to cook it. Because catfish have one part on the body if not removed, will affect the taste of the cuisine. Dishes will taste very bitter.
