Yes, it means that another country is taking steps to legalise ICO and Cryptocurrencies. In my country, aside from Korea and Japan, Thailand is one of the top choices when it comes to legalisation of Cryptocurency. From my perspective, taking another step toward regulated crypto trading and ICO will both protect investors from scams and promote the promising ICOs to the pubic.

Beside that great news, I have received a lot of positive information about insitutional money to come to crypto. Agian, __it will be huge__. Right now we are trading small and individuals, but once the big financial players to join, we will have big source of money pouring in, and soon we will see our marketcap to skyrocket.
