There were only five/six person during the lesson so our coach did train us very hard on the cardio and also physical strength. It wasn’t an easy lesson for me after 4 months of rest in Shenzhen, I have stronger muscle power now as I have been doing muscle training in the gym room for a month but my cardio is still too weak. I still tried very hard on hitting on the sandbag, that’s the only way to build up my cardio ability in short time. And I am happy to seeing I lost my weight further, now I am 80.2KG, there’s 2.2 KG to reach my first target, come one, I can make it. But wait, what the hell with my elbows? Bruises and swell now? Oh my god, sounds train too hard on the elbows hit on the sandbag last night….
