Fingerdrumming w/ Ableton Push :: Part 3: The Technique
Today you'll learn the key to playing natural feeling fingerdrumming grooves!

In [part one](https://steemit.com/music/@audioalchemy/tutorial-finger-drumming-w-addictive-drums-pt-1-the-layout) of the fingerdrumming series, we set up a mirrored layout that enables us to play super natural and human grooves with nothing more than our fingers, a 16 pad midi controller, and a quality drum VST.

In [part two](https://steemit.com/music/@audioalchemy/tutorial-finger-drumming-w-ableton-live-10-and-push-pt-2-the-macros), we took our fingerdrumming template a bit further by setting up some macro controls that enable us to sculpt the sound of our drums on the fly with a few knobs. (It's tons of fun!)

Now in part 3 we'll go over the technique side of things so you can learn the keys of how to actually PLAY your shiny new fingerdrumming instrument.

Enjoy!
