Today would like to introduce fellow tasteemians a stall I recently found in the west side of Singapore, Butik Batok.

After a nice morning walk in the famous Bukit Batok Nature Park, my friends strongly recommended us to try this stall which just across the road.

And this is the food friend recommended- The Yu Pin Kway Teow Soup. (Kway Teow is a type of noodle with flat size)

Their signboard looks very attractive even at first sight. During queing up I even wondered which should I try first , but at last I still stick with their signature dish - Kway Teow Soup.

There were many people queued in front of me that day, maybe they also just did their jogging in the park as well. So after paying for the meal, we could stand there watching the chefs preparing our noodle.

Apart from getting the main dishes, you can order some toppings, eg fish slices, bittergourd, or minced meat. And the price is quite reasonable.

So , if you are going for the famous Butik Batok Nature Park, do pay this stall a visit for its Kway Teow Soup!
